Our QTA services are provided from our Hong Kong production facility at OPCM. We manufacture highly complex PCB products with layer-counts ranging from two to 26, of large-format size, high board thickness and exotic substrate materials, in four to eight days. We offer both prototype production and "new product introduction" services, which allows our customers to transition a product from prototype to commercial production. As part of our prototype production services, we produce small batches, of 100 square feet or less, of new products during the design and testing phase, with lead times ranging from 72 hours to six days. We also build medium-size batches of 100 to 1,000 square feet of "short lead-time," pre-production pilot builds, typically for products of lower complexity, with lead times ranging from seven to 12 days.
