Meadville provide design and engineering services during the early stages of production, including circuit board layout and related design services, signal integrity simulation, as well as IC substrate design and testing services to ensure that design and fabrication may be integrated to achieve a high quality and cost-effective product for our customers. These services are provided through our design centre located in Shanghai, MISL.

MISL also evaluates customer designs for manufacturability and recommends design changes. We believe this collaborative process helps our customers improve the systems they are designing, reduces manufacturing costs and increases manufacturing yields and improves the quality of finished PCB and IC substrates products. In addition, by working closely with our customers throughout the design and manufacturing process, we are able to keep abreast of current market developments, in particular, technology developments, requirements and customer trends, and further strengthen our customer relationships.
