Ms. Tang Ying Ming, Mai Vice Chairman and Executive Director

After the merger of the PCB business of Meadville Group with TTM Technologies, Inc. on 9 April 2010, Ms. Tang has become a director of TTM Hong Kong Limited. Ms. Tang, who joined the Meadville Group in 2000, is an Executive Director, the Vice Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee of Meadville Holdings Limited (now known as Meadville Holdings (BVI) Limited). Prior to joining the Meadville Group, Ms. Tang was the chief financial officer of Cashmere House in California for over 10 years. Since May 2005, she has also served as a director of Guangdong Shengyi Sci. Tech Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China whose shares are listed on the Shanghai stock exchange. Ms. Tang obtained a degree of Bachelor of Science from the University of California, a degree of Master of Science from Stanford University and a degree of Master of Business Administration from New York University.
