Mr. Tang Chung Yen, Tom Executive Chairman and Group Managing Director JP

Mr. Tang joined the Group in 1991 and is an Executive Chairman and Group Managing Director of the Company. He is also a Director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Tang is responsible for the leadership and effective running of the Board. Mr. Tang has served as the Honourary Chairman of the Hong Kong Printed Circuit Association Limited since 2005. He is the Chairman of The Hong Kong Exporters' Association, The Hong Kong Standards & Testing Centre and Hong Kong Safety Institute, a board member of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, and a non-official board member of Hong Kong Applied Science & Technology Research Institute Company Limited. In 2008, he is a member of Shanghai & Wuxi Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Tang obtained a degree of Master of Business Administration from New York University.

Mr. Tang is the son of Mr. Tang Hsiang Chien and brother of Ms. Tang Ying Ming, Mai. He is also a Director of Su Sih (BVI) Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Company.
